Bowling Patch Product Highlights

These jacket patches can be custom designed to your specifications.  The most popular size choices are 4 inches and 5 inches, although many of our customers prefer to order much larger patches for sports about which they are passionate.  The embroidered text is included in the price and you can add up to fifty characters, including spaces.  As with our tens of thousands of clients, our graphic design staff will work to arrange the letters in the most attractive layout (if you have specific requests, just include a note in the comments section at checkout). 

Each bowling patch is made double felt, meaning it features two layers of quality scrim felt for a layered, beautiful look. 

The highest quality premium acrylic yarn and scrim felt is used in the manufacturing process of your jacket patches and sports patches to ensure the longevity of your product. During the manufacturing process, our factories add an extra layer of protective backing to help increase the lifespan and sturdiness of your bowling patch. Although this represents more costs for us, we do it because we understand that when people spend their money, quality, combined with speed of delivery, is the most important thing we can offer. Our affiliated custom chenille and embroidery factories have consistently been the fastest delivering sports patch manufacturer in the industry for the past ten years, often able to produce large quantity orders in as little as two weeks thanks to our proprietary design and creation process. During the holiday season, many other chenille companies push delivery of chenille patches to 6-8 weeks. We aspire to ship finished goods within 2-4 weeks at no additional cost to you. Some of our competitors utilize offshore labor and then attempt to pass the imported award letters off as comparable quality. That's not how we want to do business. Thanks to our unique low-cost business model, our factories are often able to beat their prices despite paying above-average wages to production workers.  That means that these bowling patches will be created right here in the USA. As with all custom chenille products, these sports patches are dry-clean only. Never wash them in a traditional washing machine.
